And we want our products to be able to support all of your adventures, from exploring new cities to summiting new mountains. So if, for any reason, you aren’t completely happy with your Smartwool® gear within two years of purchasing, we’ll get you into some new gear. No problem.
Canada Smartwool Guarantee Information:
An authorization number is required for all Canadian Guarantee claims. To obtain your authorization number, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org including the information requested below.
Product name and size:
Pictures of your Smartwool product (overall and problem area) and receipt.
While our goal is to provide you with an exact replacement for your product, we may not have stock available. We ask that you also provide us with 3 similarly priced products in the same category in order of preference which could be a suitable replacement.
Upon receiving the requested information we’ll initiate the warranty process for your claim. Please allow up to 7-10 business days to process your claim.
